Y’all won’t believe what we got to handle yesterday! We had the privilege of helping out with a real piece of American muscle car history – a gorgeous 1968 Ford Mustang Shelby Cobra that needed some TLC. Let me tell you, when we got the call about this beauty being stranded, we knew we had to treat her with extra special care.
This particular ’68 Shelby Cobra is a true automotive icon. With its classic fastback design, distinctive side scoops, and that unmistakable white finish, these machines are the stuff of legend. Back in their day, these powerhouses were the kings of the road, and even now, they command respect wherever they show up.
The owner had just pulled into Greenhill School when the engine started making some concerning noises. Turns out there were some serious cam issues brewing under that legendary hood. Now, with classic cars like this, you can’t just throw it on any old tow truck – these babies need specialized handling and care, which is exactly what our team is trained for.
We found this stunning piece of history right there in the parking lot of Greenhill School in Dallas. It was quite a sight, seeing this classic muscle car sitting there among all the modern vehicles. Several folks stopped to admire her while we carefully loaded her onto our flatbed, and I don’t blame them one bit – you don’t see machines like this every day!
